NGC 7000 South
NGC 7000, also known as the North America Nebula, is a giant emission nebula in the constellation of Cygnus. This image shows only the southern tip of the nebula (the Mexico part of the nebula). The nebula is being energized by the light from stars embedded within. An image of the eastern part of the nebula is also available on this website.
