The conference proceedings will be published by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific. Thanks to a generous grant from the National Science Foundation, a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to each conference participant at no cost.

Completing your submission to the proceedings is easy and fun. Please download and fill in the ASP template. It is in LaTeX form. You will also need the ASP style file. Please also download the ASP author instructions (in PDF format) for guidelines on how to properly fill out the template. Additional instructions on how to use the graphicx package are also available. Contributions will be accepted only if submitted using the template.

Important! For your contribution to be included you must fill and sign a copyright form. If your contribution includes a copyrighted image or figure from another source you must complete a permission form. A separate form must be completed for each image or figure. These forms must be either faxed (to 907-786-4607), mailed (to Travis Rector, UAA, Dept. of Physics, 3211 Providence Dr., Anchorage, AK 99508 USA), or emailed as an attachment to Travis Rector. If you email a form it must be a scanned copy of the signed form. Unsigned forms cannot be accepted.

Invited speakers are allocated 10 pages. Contributed talks are allocated 7 pages. And poster presentations are allocated 5 pages. This is the total length, including the text, tables and figures, and references. Page limits will be strictly enforced.

The deadline for submission is July 15th. Please be kind and merciful to your humble editors and submit by this date. (Someday you might organize a conference, and believe me you will want the karmic cycle in your favor.)

Please proofread your submission for any content, spelling or formatting errors before submitting. Do not submit if any errors are generated during the typsetting process. Any errors must be fixed before submission. Once you are confident your contribution is ready, please create a tar archive that includes the filled ASP template, embedded figures (in EPS or Postscript format only), and the PDF or Postscript file generated when the template is successfully typset with LaTeX. With 90 expected submissions to the proceedings, we lack the ability to edit your submission, or to provide significant technical support.

To submit your contribution, please compress the tar file (with zip or gzip) and email it as an attachment to Travis Rector. Please name the tar file with your last name (e.g., "rector.tar.gz"). Please also put "Jets 2007" and your last name in the email subject line (e.g., "Jets 2007: Rector").
